Made in locally + sustainably‐sourced solid eastern black walnut with a beeswax and walnut oil finish, this footstool was designed for use in front of a wood stove. It also serves as a low bench where one can sit and warm his/her back by the fire. Both rustic and refined, this piece is a compelling sculptural object as well as a functional piece of furniture.
